Their technician was prompt, did a very thorough job replacing parts on our dryer, made us aware of safety concerns, cleaned the unit completely and price was reasonable. Very impressed with Padele and good to know we have someone to call when things need attention. We recommend them highly.

Can’t say enough about Andrew and the Padele team. I had a leak under my fridge for over 3 months with another repair company unable to fix. Scheduling was simple and you can book a time (not like others that require 4-8 hour window). Andrew arrived on time, (nicely wore shoe covers), video eval and repaired in less than an hour. Highly recommend for your large appliance repairs.

I do not typically write reviews for Products or Services, but I feel compelled to do so in this case for my experience with Padele Appliance repair and a washer issue I had. If you were able to plan out or script an appliance repair, you could not write a better story. Padele was very easy to work with, I felt like they partnered with me to diagnose repair and resolve my issue. It was actually my please doing business with them. Every aspect of the operation, from the professional office manager (Anna) to the highly skilled, and personable repair technician (Andrei) , was just excellent. The appointment was made easily, scheduled quickly and the office communicated with me often with reminders for the visits. The technician is an experienced expert with the equipment that is plain to see

Extremely satisfied! Andrew quickly identified why our GE oven was not heating up and fixed it as soon as the part came in. Price for part and labor seemed very fair. He is very polite and clearly very skilled. We thought we’d need a new oven — now we don’t!
