Zoom Drain

I had a drop in bathroom sink along with a pop up assembly replaced by Zoom Drain. The Service Technician was Lou Fiumara. He did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The job was done in a timely manner. Lou left the area very clean. I was very pleased with the work done. Zoom drain gave me a very reasonable and competitive price. I will use Zoom Drain again in the future.

Incredible service. Immediate response for failed water heater. Avoided insurance claim and major clean up because Zoom Drain responded immediately and had a technician here within the hour. Brian was very punctual. He did a great job listening , diagnosing the problem and describing what he was going to do. He also provided an estimate for additional work. Very professional and friendly too. He got the job done!

Aaron Felts did an amazing job. I had a major clog and all the plumbers kept telling me is we can't find it and their solution was to tear up my driveway and replace all the piping for 29000 dollars. Aaron accessed the situation and gave me a quote to jet set it. He explained everything to me on what everything entailed and even answered my idiotic questions I had. He came back out a few days later, took his time to ensure we would get the clog out. The clog was nowhere even near the sewer, it was built up in an elbow under the house. Your lucky if you get him as your technician. He did an amazing job! I can't say enough good things about him and how he put me at ease every step of the way!

Lou came out and changed our tub drain. Excellent communications. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We got our moneys worth. Highly recommendable. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! You have a real gem in this worker.
