Air Chek Service Cooling & Heating

I've used them twice. The first time in 2024 I was very satisfied with the service. We spoke over the phone and I specifically asked if the troubleshooting fee would be applied towards any services rendered. I was told yes and that's how the transaction was handled. Mr. Don was very friendly and made sure I knew what was going on through the entire process. I called back for service in 2025 and expected a similar type of service. This time Mr. Don arrived late and brought and young worker with him. It was clear that he was training this new employee. After some troubleshooting, I was told that my board was the issue and he stepped outside to get pricing to provide an estimate. While he was working on the estimate I went back to the unit and noticed one of the dampers was closed and didn't
