We just had Brandy with air comfort come by and clean our outside unit. Our dog made a mess with the outside unit. Brandy was very professional and concerned about our issues. Thank you Brandy and Air Comfort!

Short Changed me.. Comfort air called me to offer Spring tune-up. The tune-up included coil check up, drainage pan in attic, thermostat cleaning, and a lot more, however, the service guy came in checked outdoor AC units, but never went up the attic to check for the rest of the promised items in the Spring tune, he did not even check the thermostat. He charged me 178 dlls, 89 dlls per unit, and when I said, aren't you supposed to check the draining pan? oh, yes, but i can come back another day. He took my money, stating I will call the office. If I had not asked him what about the rest of the services, he would of just left. I called to report this, the receptionist said, oh I spoke to manager, and if your AC is draining water out the drainage pipe to outside of house, it's a diagnostic vi

Great professional service. We bought our unit from this condo around 6 years ago and a we have been servicing it with them since then, and we are happy with their service and products. Their technician, Ricardo, just did this season’s service on our unit and also replaced our thermostat to a modern model. Rachelle in the front office was very helpful in scheduling our estimate walk through and explaining the entire process. The price was reasonable. The service was excellent. Installation crew were punctual, neat and courteous! Very professional! We highly recommend them!
