Cherokee Heating & Air Conditioning is an excellent company to do business with. They squeezed us in although their day was very busy, located the problem, and fixed it promptly. The repair price was fair and reasonable, and they were very courteous as well. Cherokee Heating & Air Conditioning will be handling all our heating and cooling needs in the future!

Hopefully Charlie isn't your tech, do not pay him up front for parts. He's not certified and is only a part time helper that only cleans units.After calling and texting and threaten to take him to court it's 5 weeks and counting to get our money back, and still waiting to see if it happens. He was to fix a elderly man with dementia a.c. system and over 5 weeks has only been blocked phone calls and excuses one after another. Had to get someone else to do the job. And the unit didn't need any parts, a wire had been plugged into the wrong port.

Gary was fantastic! He got out to me on short notice. He was extremely helpful and educated me on regular maintenance tips. Everything about this was quick and painless. I will use and promote this company to my friends loyally. Thanks Gary!!
