Our home HVAC unit was making a high-pitched squealing noise, and I feared it meant a big breakdown was coming. The technician arrived the same afternoon, found a worn out belt and replaced it on the spot. He also lubricated the motor and checked the entire system for other signs of wear. The noise disappeared instantly, and the unit now runs smoothly. He explained how routine maintenance could have prevented this, so I’m signing up for their annual service plan. Great service, very knowledgeable, and friendly.

Mangrum's continues to impress!!! I called them after hours for an AC issue, and they responded in just a few minutes. They were able to walk us through a temporary fix until a technician could come out, which was the next day. The technician called in the morning to review what was needed, then called again to coordinate the exact time of his arrival. He had everything fixed in about a half hour. Everyone is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they definitely know how to treat their customers like their business matters to them. I can't thank them enough, and highly recommend them for anyone needing AC/Heating work!

They installed a complete heat pump unit and ducts in my house 10 years ago. All I had was window a/c’s and wall heaters. It was done at a fantastic price and the materials used have proven over the years to be the very best. He was prompt and his crew did a fast fantastic job. Thank you Kevin.
