I had a wonderful experience with Shane Courtney and Coleman Roofing and Construction on my entire home remodel. They were professional, timely, neat and NICE. It started off as a hurricane repair but when I realized I had found My Contractor and crew …I got them to do my entire house! They repaired and painted outside too. It looks Great and I am so Happy. I would use them again anytime and highly recommend them to others considering work on a an old home or building a new one! Thank you Shane and the Crew!

Highly Highly recommend!!! I’m a realtor in Lake Charles and had a clients home on the market when the devastation of Hurricane Laura and Delta hit the area. I had to remove the home from the market and coordinate repairs for a new Metal Roof. In addition, several other repairs to the home. Being that my client was elderly and already moved out of state, I had to coordinate & meet with his Ins. Adjustuster and set up all repairs with a contractor. I contacted Coleman Construction and they were extremely prompt to meet me at the home. Not only were they prompt at the beginning, they followed through and kept in constant communication with me on the status of when they would be able to obtain supplies for the job, start and complete all work. I highly recommend Shane Courtney and Coleman Roofing for home repairs. They completed a major roof repair project in accordance with our contract and Shane made sure that I was satisfied upon completion. Both the work and the price were as agreed in the contract. They always came when scheduled – no instances of “no show.” It would seem unnecessary to make that comment, but so many contractors do not come as agreed. I plan to contact them again for future work.

Shane Courtney with Coleman Roofing is great to work with. Help with insurance to get the max amount to replace our roof after a tornado went thru our neighborhood. They were always professional, on time and did a great job. Still working with Coleman Roofing for other damages and updates in our home. They have been great to work with.

We used Coleman to add a new, large, back-patio metal cover to our sorority house after they out-bid another contractor. Clint originally met me to provide an initial quote. He was timely, through, and explained the entire process. Sarah was so helpful on the office end of things. She kept me updated each step of the way including during weather days. They were through, matched the color to the existing front porch colors, did a great job, and cleaned up after they were done.
