Burnworth's A/C

I can't praise them enough. I had an older HVAC system that used an older, no longer available refrigerant. I knew it would be getting more expensive to service, so I got a home warranty. Big mistake. When I did have an issue, it took months to resolve. I dropped that service and went with Burnworth, which is what I should have done in the first place. I just had my old system replaced with a new high efficiency system. Burnworth is very easy to work with. They provided me with several options, and I feel like I can trust their recommendations. Not only were they prompt and professional, but I experienced Hunter training a younger employee, which was nice to see. Great people to work with.

Everything went well. Hunter came over and fixed my heating problem. He was very respectful and discovered some other issues with my heating system that I was not aware of. I was glad to know that He gave me options on fixing other problems So I was glad for that because it needed to be fixed. Burnworth are what they say they are. Very helpful and thorough. I very much recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Tech was knowledgeable and nice. They came out the same day. He got us everything we needed and back up and running. *** This is an updated review from 1 star to 4 stars. Originally there was a big discrepancy in what I was told the fan would roughly cost and the actual final cost. Burnworth’s called to work this issue out after being made aware. This speaks volumes to the type of people they are and that they actually care about their customers and their satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend, with an added suggestion to make sure you get a written quote or something before the work is done. This will help to avoid any confusion, for your sake and theirs.

Mr Steven did a wonderful job. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Found the issue right away and fixed it. The contractor who built my house didn’t do it the right way but Mr. Steve fixed it. Would hire them for any A/C work.
