Air Conditioning Specialists

We have a contract for our generator paid in full. They missed the last service. We have had the yellow light on and left 4 messages with no return call. First 3 were answered by an answering service, last one from what appeared to be their own voice message. If they had filed bankruptcy, would think courts would have notified their customers. UPDATE: Number is now disconnected so they are obviously out of business.

I am giving 4 stars since they have been great and responsive for the last 7 years. Installation of Generac generator was excellent and the first 4 years of maintenance contract was without a hitch. We renewed the maintenance contract for another 4 years in 2023. The first year, they came as scheduled and technician was professional. But this year something is off because we have been calling to schedule this service but no one is answering or returning our calls or responded to our email inquiry to the point where I have been researching if they have gone out of business. I appreciate if someone from AC could call us. Thanks.

Elderly father had Generac servicing done. Sent payment to address listed on invoice. Returned as undeliverable. Person called him to get payment thereafter and was told address had changed.* Was told someone would be by to pick up envelope in mailbox. Hasn't happened, and no one returning voice mail messages. *What business doesn't update their billing address on invoices and web site, both still showing obsolete address?!

We too purchased a maintenance agreement and paid in full in 2023, they came twice and now will not answer any calls or return messages. We were told they are bankrupt and out of business yet still have a website acting like they are. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Air Conditioning Specialist failed to honor their maintenance contract for our Generac Generator. The maintenance contract is paid. They failed to do the service maintenance as stated in the contract. The office secretary gave us several dates for a repairman (12/20/24) the last date to come but no repairman ever came. Called (12/23/24) and was told a technician would call and no one called. Today (12/26/2024) the telephone number was has been disconnected. Our amber light has been on for over a month.
