I have never written a review before now, but his professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic deserves acknowledgment. I have had 4 other technicians attempt to diagnose my systems problems with no success until now. It's reassuring to know that someone will attempt to fix your problem instead of simply saying, "buy a new system". I received same day service, not as though he wasn't already booked, he squeezed my problem into his day without having too. He resolved my systems issue, was honest with options for any future issues and was 100% customer first oriented. I'm a builder and an engineer, I know competency when I see it.
