Gator Lawn Care

I have used this lawn service for several years, but their customer service and quality of work has diminished. I have called and left messages numerous times over the last month about quality of work his employees are doing on my yard and he is yet to call or respond back. This week when cutting my lawn they did circles and ran all over whole yard cutting leaving lines and wheel tracks all over in every direction. They even cut prawns off my sable palm while trimming. They used to do good work. I just don’t understand why the owner will not reply to a loyal customer leaving messages about quality of work.

Not the greatest lawn care company. He has had employee turnover and a few times they skipped my lawn. When calling the owner said well they said they did it to which I answered come and see for yourself. On one occasion he did come and do it himself because they had forgotten me. A few of my neighbors stopped using them. Recently with a few newer employees it was going good until I’ve been skipped again. When leaving a message no return call. It may be time for a new lawn care service.

Do they really care about your lawn when they don’t have the decency not to block other’s driveways while parked on wrong side of road

If you are looking for rude and dismissive lawn care service then you have found the right company. Their reputation is questionable at best.
