Around the first week of November I purchased an order of white marble stones, at the time of payment they had issues processing my bank card, I ended it up paying cash for the order, over a $1000 , three days later I realized that the money had also come out of my bank account as well I contacted them on many occasions and told me that they could not see the payment in their bank account, I was referred to their headquarters, I was asked to send them proof of my cash receipt as well as proof that the money had come out of my bank I gave them the proof and I was told to do whatever I felt necessary to get my money back, (I am taking them to court), I find this very un honest of their part when all they have to do is refund my money, also the supposedly white marble is not as white as I sa

I called Go Mulch Lake Alfred Location on December 23 from a landscaping recommendation about the pricing and availability of having bark mulch delivered and the gentlemen who answered the phone was short with me from the beginning with my questions about how much to order and bags vs bulk. He was not helpful, after I decided on bulk and was told the price and date it could be delivered I asked if I could book it and pay for it he told me he couldn't take payment over the phone and had to go to the website and continued to be rude and short with me saying it would cost more if I could not come in person to the store. I asked how much more are we talking about and he was continually rude saying "I don't know mama it is a huge corporation and they charge more than we do at the store." All

I would never go back here again. The company dropped off the wrong rock and held us responsible for it! Just so you all know, if they drop off the wrong rock they hold the custom yet liable to return it. So you have go pay more money to find someone to bring the rock back. Completely ridiculous! Customer services of John at the front desk and the other guy there Tom is just rude and dismissive. When the regional manager Frank is rude! Does not return phone calls and text messages are beyond disrespectful. He claimed he was in a meeting for over 4 hours and still did not return my husband or my phony call. Horrible customer service! The owner Mark doesn’t return phone call either. I do not recommend coming here. They do not care about the customer.

The guy in the office had no interest in giving common sense accommodations. Bad vibes. He was power tripping, get rid if him. Guy outside on the loader was cool though.
