Deon Chambliss provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was extremely professional, kind, and respectful of our home. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our hot water heater and resolved it efficiently, explaining everything clearly along the way. His knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT!! I needed what I thought was a simple fix, ended up fully replacing HVAC/WATER HEATER/FURNACE. They were extremely professional. They became part of the fam for the day they were here installing. Super clean. Very respectful. I can’t recommend them enough. Starting with Kyle (and Nick), they were great. They came in, explained all my issues, gave me options, and didn’t push me to replace everything but highlighted the benefits of doing so. Deon from Air Control came out today to do our winter maintenance. He also installed a Nest thermostat for me and showed me how to operate it. Very friendly and efficient service as usual! We have been with Air Control for almost 28 years and have always been very pleased with the company and the service we have received.

We’ve been with Air Control Heating and Air since 2007. They recently replaced our AC two years ago and our heating system this year. We had a problem with something on the AC and the owner was easy to talk to and fair and worked to get us a replacement part. We have complete confidence in Air Control H & A. They helped bring our gas line to code. Everyone who comes to work on our system is professional and courteous. They have earned our trust.
