When our AC started acting up, their amazing office staff helped us troubleshoot over the phone so we wouldn't accidentally make things worse before they could get out to us. That level of care and attention is rare these days! Daniel and Michael were top tier technicians! So kind and professional walking us through what was going on and explaining the best course of action for our particular situation. When I moved into my house here, they did not clean before moving in. It was dusty and I felt like I needed to have my ducts and vents cleaned. Somebody recommended Air Control Systems to me and lord was it the best choice I have ever made. They did such an amazing job and the tech was so sweet and did not mind answering my questions. They treated me as if I were a close friend. The cost was very reasonable. I also had an iwave installed and I personally love it. They are fantastic. Went above and beyond fixing my duct work. I highly recommend them. There’s another company out there with a ton more reviews that I got a quote from and they were higher and said they couldn’t move the air handler. Air control not only gave me a good price but the quote including moving the air handler and suspended the duct work from the rafters. If you want excellent and honest pricing. The technician Ben stiffed my grandmother out of $700. Promised that her heat and air was working and it stopped a couple of days later. Came back out to fix it and charged her another $100 for service call. She's 86 years old and lives on a fixed income. Her heat and air still doesn't work and we had to move her out of her house until we can afford to pay someone else to come in and fix it for her. Also recommended him to a neighbor and he did a bum job on their unit also. The neighbors said that he looked like he was under the influence of some kind of drug. I'm currently trying to find out who is the actual owner of this company so that we can file a civil claim once the courts reopen because this company has a terrible drug addict working with them and he's stiffing the elders out of t
