Atlantic Spray Foam found leak damaged rotted plywood on our roof plate around a pipe jack location during our vented to unvented roof retro conversion. What I appreciated most about JP Jr's response, besides his ability to work the emergency repair into their crew schedule the very next morning -- was that he wanted to provide maximum value once they mobilized. He observed 3 other pipe jack locations on the house that also had the boots installed wrong. His crew replaced all 4 locations, and did the plywood patch repair for the same price another contractor quoted to replace the one boot and leave the rotted plywood in place.
