Technician ‘Juice’ was an HVAC savant! After extensive testing and solving with several fixes in the upstairs unit, he thought of an obscure possible prob with the outside unit. Fixed that too (tiny spots where electrical wires’ insulation was worn by touching copper pipes.) 6 out of 5 stars!

We have had nothing but a GREAT experiences with Love . We had an issue Sunday night and Alex came out quickly. He went over possible issues and explained what he saw. He didn’t try and upsell us on anything - very honest! Then…. Jared and his crew mate did an excellent job on my repair. He went over everything as they were doing it. He even went the extra mile on a couple things. Again honest and thorough ! I’m glad I made my switch with LOVE HVAC. Oh, I forgot to mention the wonderful ladies in the office. They were able to give recommendations on what was a priority and sent over my quote quickly. Again , we are glad we made the switch for our AC needs !
