Zach did a very thorough job inspecting the home that I have under contract and found a number of issues that i definitely would have missed. He reviewed the important points with me at the end of his inspection and then had a very detailed report emailed to me the next day. He was very friendly, and answered all my questions. This was my second time using Ace Inspections, and I would definitely use them again.

What can I say about Patrick Brown. I was very impressed. He took the time to explain findings and answer my questions.
