On time, Technician found the issue with the A/C very quickly and already had the correct parts on his truck and made the repairs promptly. Pretty good first time experience with this company. This was a home warranty repair

Air Design Air Conditioning & Heating, which is a company with horrible reviews, and their service is even worse! AHS my home warranty company is a very good company, and I have been with them for years. But this last service call had me contemplating canceling their services. Air Design Air Conditioning & Heating came in and misdiagnosed the issue, trying to get me to pay more money. Air Design Air Conditioning & Heating is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They came 3 times last week with only a vacuum cleaner and left after 10 minutes each visit with my a/c still not working properly. They then said that the issue was something unrelated that would have me paying thousands of dollars. Their "senior" tech said that he couldn't find my drain line and it must be buried under

Awful to work with. Technician Eli is kind and honest but managers do not listen to their own technicians and will not work with customers to actually fix issue. Dealing with an ancient 20+ geothermal unit which has had issues for years. Tech Eli has been recommending that I replace it and that I keep calling American Home Shield to escalate the issue and have them replace the unit. Managers are Air Design will just submits to AHS paperwork to fix the issue, which mind you will cost us thousands (nearly the same to replace the unit), so AHS will only allow us to fix the issue (replace the leaking coil). Managers will not call us back to talk about next steps and people who work customer service barely know anything about HVAC. Tech Eli is clearly talented and knows what he is talking about

Thank you for your excellent service. I’ve been a customer for two years and Eli is excellent with heat pumps on high rise buildings. I’ve had a nightmare finding people who know what they’re doing until Eli and team. Highly recommend their services.

Run Away. I was assigned to this contractor through my Home Warranty. They called promptly, scheduled the next day, and came out to check my heat pump. THe problem was that it was only running for about a half an hour and then stopping, and then it completely stopped. I replaced the capacitor, and saw that the contactor was melted. They replaced the contactor, and then told me that I could use a cleaning, and I was low on freon, so 3lbs was recommended. The unit stopped 30 minutes after they left. I called them and left a message letting them know. They did not call back the next day. I called them. I left a message. I called my warranty company too. They called the contractor as well. This went on for eight days, back and forth, and then their line would not accept messages. No reply ema
