Update: Our system continues to fail repeatedly. Today on January 20th, 2026 our heat won't turn on. Contacted Air Essentials with no response. We hired Air Essentials in August 2025 to install a brand-new Trane HVAC system in our home, and it has been nothing but problems ever since. We went with this company only because they were available to install on a Sunday during a heatwave when our old system had completely failed. Unfortunately, we regret that decision. They only arrived around 11 a.m. and didn’t finish until nearly 1 a.m. the next morning, working in the dark with flashlights. The owner only had two workers, and the attic was hot by the time they started, so much of the work was done under rushed and uncomfortable conditions without an opportunity to take turns between crews.

I am very please with Air Essentials and the work they put into diagnosing our issues. Jay was very knowledgeable and super informative on our issues at hand. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you for your services!

Jay and his team Billy n Cage did an awesome job installing my new Trane A/C - Heating unit. They came on time as they said they would and were 100% professional the whole time. Installed and cleaned up as if they were never here. It was 150° in the attic n Billy n Cage didn’t complain once and took care of business. I highly recommend Air Essentials Inc for all of A/C and Heating needs. I can’t forget to compliment Patricia in the office who was my first contact and got Jay over to my house the same day I called which I didn’t expect or ask for, I actually thought it would be a couple days before anyone could come. Patricia was very courteous and professional and helped with every step of the process and follow up. Air Essentials Inc will be my recommendation to everyone from now on.

Air Essentials just saved me 10k! Jay correctly diagnosed (and fixed) a unit that a previous HVAC contractor stated MUST be replaced. Not sure if the other company was malicious or just incompetent. Either way, it’s good to know people like Jay know their job, and know it well!
