He did an amazing job. Identified the issue quickly, allowed us to make a selection of different price ranges to fix it, and he was done in less than an hour. We are very pleased and will choose this company for further services if needed.

Parker and the team at Skylift Garage Doors have once again done a great job. Unfortunately my cable snapped a little over a year after the initial install of my door so it was out of warranty but even that was fairly priced. He was early and efficient. Thanks, Skylift--I appreciate being able to get back into my garage!

Edited For Update: The business’ response further demonstrates their lack of customer service. No one has reached out to me directly to discuss the way my quote was handled by their salesman, Kane. He removed things from the quote that I didn’t ask for and didn’t realize were missing, even though my husband emphasized the importance of that item. Lack of ownership and compromise to ensure they provide superior service. Let me first say that I’m not one to give a bad rating unless I’m unsuccessful in receiving any sort of fair negotiation for a very poor experience. While the garage door itself is fine, my sales experience with Kane was not. I feel he’s not taking ownership of his failure in delivering on what we specifically asked for with our install. Liam Smith was great. The Manager contacted him and told him about my situation so he came to take care of us before going home. The arm on the opener had ripped off the door and we could not get out of the garage. The door was lodged under the door frame. Liam dislodged it, put a new larger bracket on it and it works perfectly. Great, fast service at a very fair price. They did not overcharge me for the emergency trip. I highly recommend Skylift!
