I had a great experience with Kyle & Pipe Dreams. The day before Christmas my mom's pipes froze & she didn't have any water. We were planning on hosting Christmas with about 30 people coming, so we needed to get the problem fixed quickly. I reached out to several plumbers in the area but most were either closed or couldn't come out until 3 days later. When I called Pipe Dreams I didn't get an answer but Kyle returned my call and advised he was able to come out the same day. There were a lot of people having issues with frozen pipes etc.that day so it took awhile before Kyle was able to get to us. He communicated with us throughout the day with his expected arrival time. Called Friday morning about bathroom sink leaking occasionally. Kyle came out that afternoon when promised, found the problem I could not find, & fixed it for a fair price that was less than his quote. He also treated us like people rather than just another job. We appreciated this greatly after getting overcharged & treated like meat by another area HVAC/plumbing/electrician provider. If you want to be treated fairly & honestly as a person rather than just someone trying to get money out of you & just another job, give Kyle a call.
