We recently had AirFX replace all our ductwork (including dryer vent), and install a new Trane HVAC system. Jason & Wyatt worked tirelessly for 2.5 days, and I'm VERY pleased with everything they did. The were very professional, knowledgeable, and to top it off...they were really nice guys! Such hard workers! Art joined in on the 2nd day install. He was also very good! Their prices were fair, and their salesman Rolando did a great job quoting everything out. He was a very nice person as well. We HIGHLY recommend this company and their employees. It was a very positive experience We have nothing but great things to say about them!

Needed a new HVAC system installed at my parents house in Florida. Got quotes at the end of 2025. AirFX (Matt Dieter) not only gave us a quote with 6 different options in terms of AC units with different efficiency ratings (SER) but prices from economy, mid, to high range. Matt walked us through the differences in each unit, and not only asked the right questions but listened intently on our needs. He also talked to us about the different Duke energy rebates and the federal tax rebates ($2K) that ended in 2025. He spoke about financing and other offers through his company that were available. During the recent power outage, our heat pump went out. I called AirFX and was greeted by Joanna, who immediately contacted a tech. He was there within the hour and determined that one of our main breakers was not working. He contacted his boss and they arranged for one of their electricians to attend to the repair. The electrician had us up and running shortly after noon the next day. Our unit was purchased from AirFX and has always been serviced by them. Such a wonderful, reliable company and staff.
