And thank you, Dylan for reassuring us as a long time Snellville Heating and Air customer that Air Georgia would continue the excellent customer services we were used to. And we could have gone with a lower quote with a competitor but the relationship we had was more important. We’re glad we stayed with you.

From start to finish excellent customer service and services. I needed to have my HVAC system replaced. Many sales reps came out to give a quote, rushed thru the information and gave me ridiculous quotes and said no one in Georgia will beat that price. What they didn’t know was I had spoken with Luke from Snellville heating air and plumbing and he did an awesome job explaining everything that needed to be done, worked with my budget and gave me a very reasonable quote and said even if I don’t go with his company I could feel free to call him with questions and concerns. (Amazing person). They were so awesome they got me scheduled for the next day installation and the guys - Tony and Trent arrived on time, asked if I had any additional questions and they went to work. I purchased a big Trane home heating and air unit from Air Ga. It's a fabulous system as well as wonderful customer service. Every worker that's been out to my house has been very polite and knowledgable of their product as well as being dependable to their word. I got the maintenance plan with my unit and I just love it!

We had an issue with our heating system not working properly, and I’m extremely impressed with the HVAC repair service from Air Georgia. From the first contact, the technician, Corderius, was highly professional! He arrived promptly, thoroughly assessed the problem, and clearly explained the repair plan to me and my husband. He returned a few days later as promised and delivered the same level of professionalism and respect for our home. The repair was completed efficiently, the pricing was fair, and the customer service from Corderius and Christy (scheduler) was excellent! Our system is now running like new. We would definitely call them and request Corderius, again. Thank you!

From start to finish, the team was incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful. Kyle was absolutely outstanding, respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I was dealing with a difficult issue at one of my properties, and after my first plumber missed the problem, I sought a second opinion. Kyle took the time to properly assess the situation and ultimately resolved the issue correctly. Years ago, I had a negative experience with a contractor, but the management team at this company stepped in and ensured I was treated fairly. That experience earned my long-term respect, and this recent service only reinforced it. Kayla was also extremely helpful and professiona
