They do a great job taking care of our office equipment and making sure our IT units are running well.
They were responsive and easy to schedule an appointment with. The technician arrived early ( I received a call that he was on his way) and was so helpful, explained everything I needed to know and answered my questions. Had bad experiences with other companies, so appreciated the ease of working with Air ideal. Highly recommend.
