Any issues with your garage door…use this company!!! It was so easy to get in touch with them. They came out to the house quickly, gave a call when they were on their way, was on time when they said they would be here, and did an outstanding service job. We will continue to use them! These folks do good work. We were really impressed with the time Air Park took to explain the project and steps. After that they followed through with great communication throughout, until project completion. As far as work quality itself, they did great work on our door and wrap and it’s a noticeable improvement. Lastly, they went the extra mile in getting the information required to our insurance company for a claim. We paid out of pocket, but Air Park knocked it out of the park in providing requested information to our insurance company and ensuring our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend.

I spend 5 days going back and forth with Menards and Overhead trying to get springs for my garage door with no one calling back and no springs. I called Air Park and by the next morning they figured out what springs I needed and had them ready for me to pick up same day! Highly recommended!

Called once a week for 4 straight weeks. The lady that answered the phone was nice enough but never could get a call back or a scheduled appointment for repair. They installed my door when it was new in 2024 but never did operate correctly.
