Air Pros of Palm Coast

This business stole thousands of dollars from our elderly neighbor. They "tried" to install a mini split system with 4 heads at her residence. Showing up at 4:00 in the afternoon and working with head lamps until 9:00 at night. After weeks of them "trying" to install this unit they finally left and told her she was good to go. After a week or so, the unit does not cool at all! They won't answer their phone and no one is at their property location as well. It is believed they have closed up shop. She is out thousands and now has to pay another company to come and fix all the leaks in the system so that it can be recharged. I have never seen such terrible work. I had a great experience with the service at Air Pros. I contacted Air Pros to be scheduled for a repair call at 8:30 am and a technician, Larry, was at my house in an hour and a half. He rapidly had the issue diagnosed and repaired. He was also able to answer questions I had about my system and make a few suggestions to increase the longevity of my 12 year old air conditioning system. I appreciate the honesty, cleanliness, and speed of service that Larry and Air Pros provided for me.

Well I’m mixed over my exprímanse with Air Pros. I had two new A/C units and new air ducts installed back in April. While I was satisfied with the crew who installed it, my experience since then has not been good. I’ve been trying fir 3 months now to get someone back to my house to look at some issues with the air ducts. I’ve spoken only once to the owner Jim, but this far, no results. Now I leave messages either on the phone or email, but no one responds to me. I would say if customer service after the sale is important to you, then I would shop around before making a decision. By the way, I didn’t around 12,000.00 with them.

The technicians were very professional. They did an amazing job replacing our old a.c. The labor was intense, I can say that the unit they put in is an excellent one. I hope it will last as long as the previous a.c we had since 2002. Air pros is the best A.C company out there. They price their a.c units right and the cleanup was very well done. All the debris is taken away by air pros. No mess left behind. Today I had a follow up call and I said that everything was working fine. We have cold, clean air in our beautiful home. Called them because my air conditioner was not working ( I called on a Friday they came in on Monday afternoon and that was fine) . I've been a client since they installed the unit, about 12 years. This person came in and he found the problem quickly. The problem was the blower motor. He replaced only the top part of the motor and everything was fine after that. He was there about 20 minutes. The price was $680.00. It is outrageous for a motor that is not more than $120.00. They just lost another client.
