Carlos with air pros was a great technician who came out to help us with our a/c when we were having some issues. He was very polite & took his time with finding out a solution for our family in a reasonable time. He even made the extra effort to clean our outside unit for us which allowed our a/c unit to start back blowing cold air in no time. He explained everything to us that was going on & made it to where we didn’t have to pay anything. I would recommend this company or technician any day

I do not recommend Air Pros because they don't honor their word. I spend over 20K for a new system and broke down in less than 2 years. Duke S. Came out to check on my system and was very professional and on time. Duke S, fixed the problem that was causing the issue. Then I mentioned to Duke S about a couple services that still needed to be completed post the installation of the brand new system that was installed. I explained to him that Ryan was supposed to have a crew come out to fix some duct work, the drain and seal all the duct work as was part of the install going from a 3ton to a 4ton unit. Well Duke S reached out to his supervisor Jonathan and Jonathan explained to me that Ryan was nolonger with the company and that he would honor the work that still hasn't been done as Jonathan w

Air Pros came out on the weekend and charged a reasonable service fee. Carlos, the Technician, was nice and polite, but immediately quoted us over $6,000 in repairs and called his manager Leo, who strongly recommended replacing the whole unit for $18,000, saying we also needed new ductwork and that multiple components were failing. This was very concerning since our unit has always been well-maintained and working fine up until then. We declined and called another company for a second opinion. Within 12 hours, they diagnosed the real (simple) problem, a bad capacitor, and fixed everything for under $200 within 30 minutes.
