Let me Begin by saying that it was the cost of installation plus the added warranty that got my attention. And the fact that the equipment is a offshoot of Trane HVAC, a name synonymous with quality. The installers, Noah and Trent, we're very courteous and professional. However, I noticed that they were a little concerned at my continually peeping over the shoulders and asking questions as they were seated. They still remained professional and kept to their test in a speedy way. At the time of this review it's been 3 days since the installation was completed. I can honestly say that the new system is far more quiet and efficient than the old. The only thing I question is the temperature is set higher for comfort than the old system. He explained in detail...he is very personable and courteous.
