Tyde explained what services he was giving. He takes care of our lawn in a timely manner but not too quickly to share a few kind words. Both very much appreciated. I especially like that he’s appreciated enough by Southern Green to get a little bonus.

Marc informs me he is coming before he arrives, treats my yard according to its condition, and then provides a detailed account of what he did. I appreciate his attentiveness and professionalism.

I’m not sure how to rate this service today. I can’t say whether it was bad satisfactory or good. I wasn’t aware that he was coming and have no evidence that there was a treatment done. Would it be possible to leave something showing what was done today? The lawn doesn’t look good. It has brown spots all over it. I’m not sure this is from treatment or other circumstances. I would appreciate knowing what has been done and why the lawn is having problems. After providing this post yesterday, I just want to say how satisfied I am with the company’s response.
