10/10! From the start Dillon Campbell and Christian Cunningham put us at ease with helping us establish a homeowner’s claim from a hail storm in our area. From there being available to meet with the Adjuster when they came out and walked us through every step of the way on a complete roof replacement along with new gutters and downspouts. Dillon, Christian, Josh, Will, Randall and others we dealt with, everyone in the company was easy to work with, attentive to our needs and details of this project. Not trustworthy or reliable. SGR reps came to my house in Jan 2025 and told us they were working with other homeowners in our neighborhood to file insurance claims for storm damage and asked to look at our roof. They then told us we had wind and hail damage and our insurance would pay for a new roof if we would sign the permit for them to file an insurance claim. We did so and the insurance company began the claims process. The two reps told us they would handle all contact with insurance company, but they did not. In fact, they ghosted us and would not respond to email or phone messages concerning the claim. Eventually, the insurance company did agree to a repair but not a replacement. This is a late review, but I highly recommend this company. Southern Guard replaced my roof late last year after storm damage. Jake did an excellent job inspecting the roof and setting up the contract. They also worked with insurance for me during the entire process. Everyone I dealt with was great.

We needed a new roof, badly!! That’s when Tom Bradley from SGR reached out to me. We are in the process of getting a new roof! We’ve pick out colors, signed our contract, and getting ready to schedule the installation. We are also getting new gutters and downspouts, also needed!!! Tom and SGR have made the process sooo easy!
