Best ac service around. He installed complete ductwork 8 years ago, with big Rheem, at cabin near Blowing rock, also wired generator...ac quit 2 days ago, he was here yesterday said it needs new motor, parts still warranties. He is here now installing new part. Absolutely amazing that he's so determined to help asap. Even labor was reasonable. Had a problem with our air conditioner Saturday evening. Called Shannon and left a message 9 AM Sunday morning. I realize that a lot of folks don’t work on Sunday, but Shannon called about 2 PM and was here shortly and fixed it. We have been dealing with Shannon since 2012. Air Tech has been providing the exclusive service to my mother and father, now 96 years old, for over a decade. They have a duplex and Shannon, the owner of the company, has always treated them with genuine concern and very fair prices. They tried a few other contractors over the 25 years they have had the duplex but found Air Tech to the best. When I recently assumed responsibility for their property they advised me to stick with Air Tech. I just had them replace a 25 year old unit and they did a great job.
