First of all, THANK YOU thank you so much Cool Park Pumping. I cannot say enough about this company and the family that owns it. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, did i mention hard working? They are also some of the most kind people that I have ever spoken to. I have not met them all in person but I am pretty sure I have at spoken to everyone at least one time. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND what they even should. Do I recommend?-ABSOLUTELY. This is the only company that I have hired in Hickory for anything, that has not only come through for me, but they did it when they were closed, when no one else would even try to help me and they are more than fair on pricing. Couldn't ask for better people!! Courgil and on time!! Early even. Had a little mishap, they took responsibility and stood by whatever would happen next. They really are honest people!! You dont see that these days. Most would have run anyway and acted like it wasn't their fault!! Can't say enough great things about the personal and their abilities!! Ill never use another company!! Great people. Great service!! My advice would be to use this company!!!

I called Cool Park to come pump out our septic tank. Cool Park is a “class act”. They called beforehand to verify date and time of service. They showed up on time. They were polite and courteous. They worked efficiently, cleaned up everything with a hose and it couldn’t have been a better experience. I highly recommend them!!!
