Tim Franks with Air Tech of Katy was fantastic!! Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about our AC system in general but he was incredibly thorough when it came to explaining everything to us. He went through the trouble of properly labeling everything on our system layout so we knew which units were for certain parts of the house for future reference. He also was extremely thorough in is report at the end of the job! On top of his technical expertise he was extremely courteous of our home, always wearing shoe covers when walking through our house to the attic where our HVAC units are located. I would definitely recommend Tim Franks and Air Tech of Katy if you’re looking for AC repair or maintenance.

Mr Jefferson was amazing!! I used to be a HVAC tech early in my career and I understand how HVAC works so I knew he was transparent and truthful in his diagnosis. I wasn’t planning to spend that much, but knowing that I was in good hands, I went ahead and did a complete repair. I don’t mind spending money know I’m getting value I highly recommend this company!!!

I had a very positive experience dealing with Air Tech of Katy. The receptionist, scheduler, sales personnel and installation crew were great in replacing my cooling and heating service. The are very professional and take their time when helping the customer inderstand the system requirements, options and financing! I am very pleased with my experience with Air Tech Katy. A special recognition goes to Efrim Jefferson and Nicholas Lauder. Nicholas worked on my plumbing system. He is very knowledgeable and works very hard to fix you issue in a straight forward manner. Ask for these two when you call.

Edgar was professional, informative, and personable. He communicated well and gave me a good deal for my new system. I used Air Tech to replace my first HVAC system. They are now replacing my second HVAC system. I have been very pleased with their ongoing service as well. I highly recommend them.

Efrim Jefferson came to my house and did a thorough inspection of my HVAC system. Afterwards he gave me the results and recommendations of what was needed going forward. He was very knowledgeable and professional during his visit. He explained the company's policies and prices which are very fair. I highly recommend this company and Efrim Jefferson as its inspector.
