These guys are the BEST hvac company in the tri-cities. I called with an emergency because my a/c unit stopped working and they had a guy out first thing to not only get our unit working again but their staff is amazing to work with. They are professional, informative, and handled all our issues with a prompt response. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!. I won't go anywhere else!!! They make sure you know what's transpiring throughout their process and make you feel like family. Extremely pleased with their services.

I have had trouble with my ductless system every year for the last 4 years. First year maintenence call, the issue was diagnosed with a patch job done. Second year, the same issue occurred and another patch job done. It then happened again, the third call a supervisor attended. We learned that the head of my ductless system was not mounted correctly. A new part needed to be ordered and installed. I called again today for the 4th year in a row. My system condensation was the worst it's been the last three years. It smelled burned. We looked into the system head and found the condensation hose burned through, a rock from landscaping used to try and again patch the issue. No new system has been offered, only patch job after patch job. After today's call I am at wits end with the ductless syst

We had a heating emergency over the weekend, Air-tech had an emergency line and someone to come out and look at our unit. He was able to fix it immediately and we thankfully didn’t have to go without heat for the weekend! Also, great prices- for after hours service, they are worth it!! Definitely recommend!

I had a very good first experience with this service tech. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained all his services as he was preforming them. And actually spent over an hour going through all his procedures, which was very unlike the 15 or 20 minute spent by my last hvac service provider. I highly recommend him and Air Tech.

If I could give a higher rating I certainly would! Air-Tech is who put our system in and who we have had service it for 12 years. They are ALWAYS responsive, respectable, courteous and professional. I am so thankful they sent Christian out today to help us (again!). Thank you for always being here for us Air-Tech!
