I’m parked in a public parking spot and blocked my car by 2 of their trucked. 😡 To respond to the owner’s comments: I did attempt to resolve this in real time. I personally spoke with a dispatch employee wearing your company shirt and asked if one of the trucks could be moved. I was told it would be moved after they finished, which ended up being well over an hour. Regarding the yellow curb: the commercial loading zone is limited to 20 minutes, not 1+ hour. Your company had four trucks occupying the street, and my vehicle was blocked in for at least an hour and a half, which can be verified by nearby security footage covering that area. I am a long time fan of Air Temperature Specialists for plumbing and HVAC! Anthony was the technician that came to my condo to repair my HVAC today. He was great! Anthony and Charlie were great. They were on time, very professional, and knew exactly what they needed to do. They explained the process of dismantling and installing a new air conditioning unit in my apartment before starting the work. They were dog friendly and didn’t get annoyed by my clingy pup.
