This is my first Google review. I felt compelled to share the great experience I've had with AIRCO thus far. Replacing a full HVAC system is a daunting and expensive undertaking. I was hoping to find a smaller, local contractor with a good reputation for honesty, responsiveness, quality equipment and reasonable pricing. One of my friends suggested checking out AIRCO and that is what I've experienced with them. From Josh, the original technician who came out to survey my existing setup, and quickly sent over a competitive quote, to Horace and Cameron that installed the system, the AIRCO team has been knowledgeable and professional. The install took a little longer than I thought it would but there were several needed adjustments to the ductwork with the slightly larger furnace cabinet.

I never leave reviews but felt compelled to do so after an interaction today. Andrew made a late trip out to our house after our new unit went out. It was 85 degrees in our house! We had a power surge that caused a part to fail. I was so impressed by Andrew! He was younger and went out of his way to explain some basic AC knowledge with me…something I’m not used to seeing often, even from older individuals. I felt very comfortable even though it was just me and my kids. He even took the time to show me the coils and explained how to clean them properly. He didn’t leave until almost dark and I know he probably didn’t have a short drive home. I was so impressed with him and his company and I’m so excited to sleep in a cooler house tonight. My experience with Airco was beyond pleasant & prompt. Anthony, the technician explained every detail of what he did to solve my HVAC issue. He was was very knowledgeable about his craft. The office staff was very professional and friendly. At the end of my service call I had 2 working A/C units. Both were diagnosed and repaired in the same call. Now that is preparedness at its best! Extraordinary experience Airco! I would definitely recommend you guys over and over again!

*Update* A couple years ago I didnt hesitate to give a great review for this family owned business. However, today I have a much different experience! Let me start by saying my gripe is not with the tech, it is with Andrew. Apparently, Andrew considers himself a manager. That is a stretch. I simply called and had concerns. I received a call back from Andrew and he immediately made me regret calling them, referring them to my father, and referring them to a coworker. He not only let me know that my business was not appreciated but that it was not needed with their company. I absolutely hate this for the original owner....I truly do.
