The technician, Ray, did great with service today. He fixed my issue with my unit in good timing, explained to me the issue that was occurring, what he did to resolve it and made sure my unit worked before he left. He was professional, friendly, and thorough with his work. Will definitely use Air Serv again if I have any unit issues.

Ray was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He took time to break down the work that needed to be done. I especially appreciated that he wore boot covers over his shoes to keep my floors clean. If you need air work done, definitely ask for Ray.

We have been using Air Serv for regular maintenance and repair the last several years. We recently had an issue with our old a/c unit and they came out and helped and were up front and honest and gave us options. We ended up deciding to get a new unit, and they went above and beyond helping us stay cool until our new unit arrived. Everyone we have dealt with has always been great and professional.

We are thrilled!! They came out on time this morning to give us an estimate for 2 new wall units to replace 2 that had been there 20+ years. We were set up for them to be installed Tuesday or Wednesday next week, which was great! They called and said they had one unit and found one in Macon. His wife drove up there just to pick up the second one . They called to ask if they could do it today! They came right in and installed both of them and hauled off the old ones! We had an appointment for an estimate at 10 am this morning and they are installed and cooling off great before 4 pm. THAT is great home town service! 100% recommend Aire Serv of Dublin for all of your heating/air needs!
