I called Mr Rooter with a situation I needed handled expeditiously, and they responded as such. They handled my problem professionally and more!! The tech they sent out, Brad....was very professional and helpful. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain my options. I had a great experience with Tommy, Mr Rooter Plumber. The plumber quickly cleared a blockage and took the time to investigate further identified an issue beyond my property line on the city side. He thoroughly cleaned the drain and clearly explained what was happening, what had been done, and what the next steps might be. The customer service was excellent, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the clear communication and honesty throughout the process. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing reliable and trustworthy plumbing service.

The service technician Tommy, was on time, polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to remove/replace the water lines to my bathroom sink. The job was completed within an hour. He cleaned the mess and pricing was competitive. Definitely recommend their services.

We had a list, a long list including installation of a new dishwasher that the retailer would not install (Home Depot) The total price was 3200.00 which was a lot of money but again the largest amount was due to HD. HD will not install appliances in older homes - something to watch for. The gentlemen who came were very professional, polite, gave us updates all along the way of what they did and what they would do next. They repaired the ice maker (again an HD issue) installed the dishwasher, removed an old under the sink water purifier, repaired the water heater and resealed the toilet. It took most of the day and cost a lot. But it all works well now and we are very thankful.

Lonnie and Tommy came out to help me with a stopped up situation. After assessing it, they determined that it was requiring a septic pump, the only service they don't provide. I bought a membership which covered my $60 call out and to offset future call outs and provides a slight discount. I highly recommend them! They were ultimately professional, kind, understanding and helpful. Very much appreciated their concern and quick response.
