I’ve been around new construction, maintenance and repair all my life. In my job as a Project Manager / Inspector I dealt with hundreds of contractors. Professional is not a word I would use to describe most of them. My heat stoped working Sunday morning. From my first call that afternoon to Middle Ga Mechanical they were very professional. I told the lady because it was Sunday I could wait until Monday to save money. She said the cost would be the same and sent Michael right out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The circuit board was the problem. He said they would order a new one Monday. FedX delivered it Tuesday and he came back and I was back in business that afternoon. Bottom line they take pride in being very Professional.

Tylior was so polite and professional. He went above and beyond. He called ahead to make sure I was home and pulled in no more than ten minutes later. Not to mention, I called in on a Friday evening and he arrived within the hour! He had my AC back working and cooling in less than 20 minutes. He is a lifesaver! Thank you again!!!!

We have had multiple problems with our heating unit. Today Jacob Stanley came out from Middle GA Mechanical H&A. He took the time to listen to the problem we’ve been having since we bought the unit 1 1/2 yrs ago and he diagnosed AND FIXED it!! And with NO CHARGE since it was something with the install that was the root of the problem! Thank you so much for caring and your service Jacob! You are a great asset to them and I hope they recognize that! Thanks again!

These folks are amazing. They answer their phones right away. The techs arrive when they say they are going to arrive, and the office keeps you informed on their progress and what to expect. The staff and techs are the best. Fair with their pricing.

Technician came at the appointed time , replaced filter, checked system and ductwork. Gave us an estimate on replacing damage ductwork. Everything was done in a professional and expeditious manner. I would recommend MGM to anyone in need of heat and AC service.
