Aire Serv of Jefferson City

Contacted Airserve for vent cleaning as well as installation of a new filtration system for my home. Everything that was cleaned and installed looks great. My only complaint is that the technicians left metal shavings throughout area in front of the furnace as well as out through our garage. This led to me pulling out a few metal pieces from my hand and doctoring up some minor cuts as I was playing with my kids down stairs. Luckily no one else nor my animals were impacted by the left over metal. It looks like they also used the top of my chest freezer to cut on since it was covered in scratches and had metal shavings on the freezer and around it in the garage floor (don’t get me wrong my freezer isn’t brand new but it has been taken care of throughout the years). I had Brendon come by for an initial inspection, where he was incredibly friendly, and helped me figure out the problem with my furnace on top of that, he was also incredibly informative. After a part had been ordered, Andrew came by to do the repair. He was also incredibly friendly and informative, and was able to complete the repair very quickly. Both of them were great and I would absolutely choose aire serv in the future.

This is the second furnace Aire Serv has installed for us. The first one lasted 20 years and worked fantastic. Darius and Malaki did great work on the install. They also put in a new water heater, because the old one was equal in age to the furnace. I'll be honest, I don't know if Aire Serv is the most cost effective HVAC company in Jefferson City. What I will say about these guys is this, they show up when they say they will. They clean up and do professional work, and they stand behind their products. For my money I couldn't be happier. You may save a buck going somewhere else, but when things go south will those cheap guys get you what you need in a timely manner. Andrew & Ian were very efficient. I appreciated the way they greeted & introduced themselves to me. They both shook my hand & wished me a good day as they were leaving. Both young men were kind & professional.

Easy appointment, text updates, arrived on time, cheerful techs; Andrew and Ian. I described the problem and my thoughts on the solution. They checked that plus the whole system with a couple interesting high-tech gadgets and found a different issue that, when fixed, remedied my issue plus made the system run better. I have used Aire Serve a couple times now. Their prices are reasonable for good knowledgeable service.
