Doug’s Chem-Dry did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets in my home. They showed up, took care of everything from start to finish, and the results were incredible. The whole house looked amazing when they were done and my carpets honestly looked brand new. Everything was perfect, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Excellent service friendly people had multiple stains from highschoolers and grease stains from recliners. I cannot tell where any of the stains were when they got done highly recommend them.

With rental property you have to make a decision early if you are going to clean carpet or replace it. I decided the carpet in our rental house could probably be cleaned instead of replaced. The first cleaning was ok but I wanted a little bit more cleaning in the high traffic area. Jesse assured me if I wasn't satisfied when it dried he would return, no questions asked. He did just that. I asked him to come back and work on a few areas again. I loved how he stood behind his work. That is an excellent business practice. I was highly satisfied with the work he did.
