My husband and I spent time looking for a quality builder and asked many people what their experiences had been as they built. Bernskoetter construction kept coming up as the best. We met with Brice and he showed us a home he was working on so we could see the quality. After meeting Brice we felt he was someone who would communicate with us and work through problems when they arose. We hit the jackpot. Brice has been very responsive to our concerns, input, and questions. He has taken time to research building materials and what will work best in in a given environment. I had Bernskoetter construction come out to finish my basement 4 years ago. Building on the outskirts of St Louis, the home building process and quality left me fairly disappointed compared to what I grew up with as the son of the owner of Bernskoetter Construction. The crew spent the entire first day installing blocking, fixing sagging joists and reinforcing floor joists that were not properly supporting the large fireplace loads from the masonry above.
