The AirServe team did an amazing job. I had a cooling issue with the extreme heat. They worked me into the schedule and fixed my issue the next day! They are professional, they called and sent text on their arrival time and they were careful when they had to come inside not to track dirt. Definitely recommend them.

I had a technician from Aire Serv come out to our home today to look at our air conditioning unit. The technician himself was very professional and spent nearly three hours troubleshooting. However, after all that time, he was ultimately unable to determine why our AC wasn’t working. He provided a few suggestions, but they were more like vague future possibilities — nothing that could be done that day to actually solve the issue. Later, when my husband got home, he called the company directly to express concern that we’d now have to wait until next week despite having someone out for hours. The person he spoke to claimed the technician had documented that I refused additional services — which is absolutely not true.
