He made extra phone calls to the insurance company, making sure that my daughter and I were not without heat. start to finish ordering furnace and everything. If I could give a zero I would…I called AHS because my furnace had gone out during the extreme cold..tech arrived tested unit and was told inducer motor was bad( which I already knew)..before he left he had mentioned that they would probably be sending me quote for new unit as mine was 20yrs old…Nick later texted me saying that the inducer motor was $1600 but not available anywhere (BS) TEC had 7 in stock at $800 also told me supply parts.com sold used parts and none available(called them part was new and in stock!!) more BS had them for $455..(both of these places Nick had told me previously they get there parts from) when I questioned the availability of the parts and the fact that they wanted upwards of $4800 for new furnace on top of what AHS was given them he got upset then he notifie

Work was completed quickly and everyone was really communicative throughout the process. Was especially helpful with furnace breaking during a cold snap and a stressful situation
