Benjamin was on time to the scheduled appointment. He was very professional. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. I was told by another company that they couldn"t diagnose the problem because my system was to sophisticated and it was a communication issue between the thermostat and the AC unit. Benjamin determined that the system needed freon.
