I recently replaced my old HVAC and Airpoint Heating & Air Conditioning did really a perfect job. They installed new heat pump, Air-conditioning unit on my attic to minimize the operation noise. They recommended thin inverter outside unit and it is really quiet when running. My old unit was beside my living room and generated a lot of noise, but it's all gone. It is really nice and quiet. On top of it, I can get somewhat descent storage area, since all of the HVAC unit moved to my attic and Airpoint made old HVAC space to a nice closet for free. Strongly recommended! I had an excellent experience with Robert and his team. At my request, they evaluated for a new rooftop package AC/Heating unit plus ducting in the attic . A clear, estimate was provided along with my due diligence of 2 more estimates. Communication with Robert was responsive any time of day. Their labor warranty out weighed the others! I called them when our A/C stopped working and the tech came out within 2 hours. Our unit was 20+ years old and could not be repaired due to its outdated refrigerant requirements which are now banned. The tech was clean, knowledgeable and helpful, giving us a temporary fix in meantime. We decided to get a quote to replace the unit and worked with Robert. He was very polite and showed us different options without pressuring us. We know other people who recently had an A/C replacement with other companies and the price Robert gave us was less. The installation went very smoothly and the installers arrived on time and finished the job earlier than expected. When I didn't care for the new thermostat style, the installer cheerfully changed it to another style that I liked. I found this company

Robert, the owner, was very knowledgeable, amicable, and always quick to respond to our questions as we needed to have our HVAC system and air ducts replaced. His team that did the actual install were exceptional in their diligence in getting the work done with excellence. They were punctual, clean and detail oriented especially when it came to placing an extra return duct in the ceiling. It looks and works great! We are so grateful to the AirPoint team for an outstanding job!

We called for a quote on replacing our a/c, Robert was able to come assess our situation. He was very thorough and professional, explained all of our options available. We ended up replacing the HVAC entirely and all of the air ducts because they acquired some leaks over time . Within a week, Luis and Ramon ( I think ), had the old system taken out and the new system up and running. The work was clean and everything was cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend AirPoint for any HVAC services you need. A family owned business who takes care of their customers with courtesy and professionalism.
