First visit, the guy misunderstood me about the service and left without performing the service. I had to call them and get them to send him back since I had a flea problem inside the house. I was under the impression when signing up that they would perform the service inside my home every two months. On top of that, I lost my kitty, which was the main reason I got this service. I found out from my last service that they never came in my home, only serviced the outside. Very upset about that. He responded by saying, "Oh we can come back and do that for you." Dude! I no longer have my cat! Why would I have you do that? In spite of losing my kitty, they won't let me out of the contract without paying a hefty $175 early termination fee. We had an excellent experience with Jacaris Johnson during our initial pest control treatment. He was thorough, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Jacaris took the time to remove all the spiderwebs around our community and made sure both the interior and exterior were fully treated. The initial $175 seems high at the beginning but the fast results were worth it. Moving forward their services are only gonna cost $75/mo. The guys are great at what they do. Moises was completely professional, asked questions and made suggestions. He was not afraid to answer our questions either. A week later the rat was dead and Kevon came by to pick it up. Kevon was AWESOME also. Not only did he pick up the dead rat and reset the traps, he also made sure to check all the baitboxes in the backyard and checked a couple other spots to verify that there were no more hiding out. He also placed a couple more glue traps under the dishwasher which is where we suspected the rat was hiding.
