Window Restoration and Repair

Cannot say enough good things about this company. If you love the character of your older home, please consider restoring your windows with them instead of replacing! Knowledgeable and non-pushy sales rep and the men who do the work are incredible. They sent about 8 men so my 40 windows only took 2 days. Everything was sanded, hardware replaced, broken weights fixed. Now every window functions perfectly and I know that this work will last for decades.

Rep came by to inspect several windows in my house. He was a real expert. Spent a lot of time explaining every little thing that was wrong and how it should be fixed. Said there was nothing seriously wrong and didn't try to sell me anything (another company had told me an entire window needed to be replaced!). Keeping their card for the future! So hard to find good vendors who aren't trying to rip you off.

It's probably been 5 years since I had the windows of my 1913 Craftsman bungalow restored by this company. It was not inexpensive, but the work was done quickly and with excellent quality. We open our windows in the evenings to cool our house and every time I touch a window, I think of how well spent the money was on this project. The only downside, for the company, is that I expect this work will last another 100 years before it would need to be redone.

Scott is the BEST! The only better people at this specialized window restoration company/business are Brian, Ismael, Norm and of course, Bridgett. I am so pleased with my new windows. My home is a 1938 traditional in the heart of Los Cerritos/Bixby Knolls. The former owner had all of the locks removed to install a security system??? We never used the security system so we had it removed. I didn't realize finding someone to replace the old cranks and locks on steel casement windows would be difficult (almost impossible without Window Restoration and Repair). After nearly 20 years of searching we found this business and are SO HAPPY! The windows needed layers of paint removed requiring sanding and scraping, they never closed and the wind would come thru the openings. Most of the old

Scott will LITERALLY turn down your business to save you money if he feels your job is better suited for another company. He saved me thousands of dollars and recommended a better course of action for the replacement of my windows. He will even recommend other businesses and give you their contact info. On top of his stellar service, he is also a super nice guy who will give you his time and honest advice.
