Airy Time Heating & Cooling

Brooke has the patience of a Saint. We had so many questions. Troy was fantastic! He did great work in a short amount of time! Excellent communication with Troy he let us know when he was coming and gave us a detailed explanation of what he found! Great service, great price, great people! Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Troy was very responsive and kept me up to date as to when he would arrive. Troy was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the heating and cooling system and knew right away what the problem was. He was able to do the repairs quickly and was very personable throughout the whole process! Being without heat during such cold temperatures is never fun but he made this a great experience! I would recommend him to anyone!

5/5 stars for Troy ; I recommend Airy for tune ups! They were on time and I even got lucky with them being early! After attempting to go through other companies but ended up waiting *all day* for them to show up. Airy showed up on time and was a breath of fresh air if you will.

I must admit, Troy is very smart. I had two other heating companies to come to my home to service my heating issues and neither company resolved my heating problem. Troy came out this morning from the Airy Time Company and he was successful in finding my heating problem and fixing it. I will recommend Troy from the Airy Time Company to everyone that I know. Troy was excellent. He thoroughly addressed my concerns including explaining our options in great detail (in terms that were understandable). It was clear based on our interactions that he’s extremely knowledgeable and highly skilled at what he does. He was transparent and honest about the differences between repairing the unit and completely replacing it. Troy was easy to communicate with. He called at the end of the appointment and took the time to verbally explain what he would share via email shortly after.
