Rubber Duckie Pools

We used Rubber Duckie for both a new liner and pool service last year. They did a wonderful job and were very quick for correspondence when needed! Will be using again this year!

Our pool liner was pulling away in a few spots and needed locked back in. We were really hoping it could be easily fixed without needing a brand new liner. We tried for weeks to get a company out with not a lot of luck. We then got in touch with Rubber Duckie and they came out and got it done quickly. They also took the time to tell us how to troubleshoot in the future if we caught it early enough. They were so knowledgable and helpful - absolutely fantastic service. When it is time for a new liner, we will be calling them. Thank you Rubber Duckie Pools!

Larry was amazing but this year, 2025, the new owner is horrible. I used them to open my pool and they demoed my 2 week old automatic cover. They didn’t call to tell me that they did this but rather waited until I returned from vacation to find the system inoperable. When I asked for some resolution Ashley has been kind in the store but the people who make the decisions refuse to call me back. I have been trying now for 2 months. I am at my wits end.

Went out of my way to visit here in search of needed parts only to find the store was closed with posted hours changed from those that were listed on multiple online forums including Google. I requested with Google that the hours be changed in hopes that nobody else wastes their time.

Debbie is a gem. Great prices, fantastic service. I have a new favorite pool supply. Worth the drive to Lebanon from the NW side to avoid the Carmel traffic and big-box pool stores.
